Lenovo è ormai entrata prepotentemente anche nel mercato europeo, anche quello degli smartphone, con l’acquisizione di Motorola e non solo. Adesso la casa cinese è pronta a rilasciare un update ad Android 6.0 Marshmallow per il Lenovo Vibe P1, smartphone di fascia media presentato ad IFA

L’aggiornamento, per ora, riguarda il mercato indiano e dovrebbe arrivare su tutti i Vibe P1 entro i prossimi giorni, come confermato dalla stessa Lenovo sul suo forum ufficiale:

“We expect Marshmallow to be rolling out for the Vibe P1, P1A42, over the next few days.  Please remember to back up all necessary contacts and files before clearing your cache and updating your device.  It is also recommended to factory reset your device after updating.”

L’update a Marshmallow pesa ben 1.5 GB, ma porta numerosi miglioramenti per il Vibe P1, oltre, ovviamente, alle principali features di Marshmallow. Infatti, secondo alcune indiscrezioni, Lenovo avrebbe risolto alcuni bug, migliorato il riconoscimento delle impronte digitali e aggiunto nuove funzioni ad AppLock.

Per i possessori del Lenovo Vibe P1 basterà attendere qualche giorno per avere a bordo del proprio smartphone l’ultima realase di Android.
